Talyer Coffee by D&J isn’t just another café—it’s a tribute to a legacy of hard work, passion, and community. Founded by brothers Diesel and Jake Adawan, our café is deeply rooted in the story of our father, who built his auto repair shop, known locally as “Coli’s Diesel Services and Auto Repair Shop,” from the ground up. Growing up in La Trinidad, we watched our father pour his heart and soul into his work, turning wrenches and fixing engines with the same dedication we now put into every cup of coffee we serve.
